What is Advent Media Connect?

Welcome to Advent Media Connect (AMC)—an online media ministry dedicated to creating a space where Seventh-day Adventists can connect, share, listen, learn, and engage in meaningful conversations centered on faith, truth, and the mission of spreading the gospel.

For those who may be new to our channel, here are seven things you should know about Advent Media Connect:

1. Advent Media Connect is an online ministry—not a church.
AMC does not function as a local church, nor are we seeking to replace the local church. We are a digital media ministry providing a platform where Adventists and others can connect through interviews, discussions, testimonies, Bible studies, news, and other faith-based content.

2. Advent Media Connect is a platform where Adventists are given a voice.
We believe people should have an opportunity to tell their stories and share what God has placed on their hearts. Pastors, lay members, ministry leaders, missionaries, educators, health professionals, and everyday church members have an opportunity to be heard.

3. We interview guests with whom we do not always agree.
Inviting someone onto Advent Media Connect does not mean that we endorse everything that person believes, teaches, or has said. Our platform is built around conversation. We believe people should be given an opportunity to explain their positions in their own words and that respectful dialogue is healthy.

4. We seek to build bridges and promote Christian unity.
We desire to connect with Seventh-day Adventists from different churches, ministries, backgrounds, and perspectives. We may not agree on every issue, but we believe we can still listen to one another, learn from one another, and work together where possible in the spirit of Christian unity for the sake of spreading the Word of God.

5. Advent Media Connect is a place where stories and testimonies can be heard.
Some of the most powerful messages are personal testimonies of what God has done. AMC provides a platform for people to share stories of conversion, deliverance, ministry, mission work, answered prayer, personal struggles, and victories through faith in Jesus Christ.

6. Our content can be watched, heard, and read.
Advent Media Connect is more than a video channel. Through our various digital platforms, people can watch our programs, hear interviews and messages, and read articles and other written content. We want biblical and faith-based content to be accessible in whatever format people find most useful.

7. Our ultimate mission is to spread the Word of God.
At the heart of Advent Media Connect is a desire to strengthen faith, encourage meaningful conversation, share biblical truth, connect believers and ministries, and help advance the everlasting gospel. We want Christ and His Word to remain at the center of everything we do.

Advent Media Connect is much more than a podcast. It is a place where voices can be heard, stories can be told, testimonies can be shared, important issues can be discussed, and Seventh-day Adventists can connect with one another for the greater purpose of advancing the gospel of Jesus Christ.
